Registration (at the Conference Venue)

Tuesday, October 23 from 8:00 am till 9:30 am and throughout the week during registration hours. Participants are encouraged to register on Tuesday in the morning. Please bring an identification document with picture (passport) and the formal letter of invitation to facilitate your entry to the forum venue and ensure prompt on-site registration. No registration fee is charged

Working Lunch

Lunch will be offered at the forum venue Tuesday through Thursday. 

State Dinner

Thursday, October 25 2018 at 18:00 
Location: TBD 
Buses will be available to transport guests to and from [State Dinner Venue]. Departure will take place from the Hyatt Regency Bishkek. More information will be available upon registration. 


The tentative programme is available on website. The final programme and full information package will be available upon registration. 


The proceedings and the forum output document of the World Mountain Forum will be available soon after the forum. 


The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic will facilitate visas on arrival for forum participants. Some designated participants will be issued a visa letter by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic if required in support of their visa application and for airport transit. Provision of passport copies to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of KG in advance is mandatory. In addition, all registered participants will receive a formal letter of invitation from the host country/organization.

Field Trips & Site Visits

There will be site visits organized on October 26 available at participants cost. 
Please indicate your interest in either site visit to the organizers and register in advance for planning purposes.
